Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 100 mL vodka
  • 60 mL espresso
  • 40 mL Kahlúa
  • 40 mL Baileys
  • ice
  • coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, one-half full of ice, combine the vodka, espresso, kahlua, and baileys. Shake very well, until a layer of foam develops on the surface of the liquid.
  2. Pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass and top with 3 coffee beans to garnish, it desired. Serve immediately.
